The story

FROM THE OPERATIONS SIDE OF THE TABLE

DrawPoint was built from inside the industry. Its founder spent more than twenty years in multi-national African mining and engineering groups — as a regional Financial Director and group treasury manager — with P&L responsibility across the DRC, South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique and Zambia.

That seat shows you exactly what an open specialist role costs an operation, and how often the wrong hire costs more. DrawPoint exists to fix the part of recruitment the industry complains about most: long lists, unverified claims and slow mobilisation.

C-suite finance executive with 20+ years across multi-national African mining and engineering operations. Former Financial Director (Africa Region) and Group Treasury Manager for an international mining and civil engineering group, with P&L ownership across the DRC, South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique, and Zambia. Experience spans project finance, M&A, ERP implementation, tax structuring, and board-level financial leadership. Built DrawPoint to solve the problem he saw from the inside: mining operations need specialist talent faster, more reliably, and with better compliance than traditional recruitment delivers.
