We work with operators across the sector: Tier 1 and Tier 2 producers, junior miners, exploration and drilling companies. Those relationships were built on the ground, not through cold introductions.

Cross-border placements live or die on paperwork. The visa and the relocation are run by the employer. Our part is the screening: every candidate checked for international mobility and relocation readiness, with qualifications, certificates and medicals verified. The story
FROM THE OPERATIONS SIDE OF THE TABLE
DrawPoint was built from inside the industry. Its founder spent more than twenty years in multi-national African mining and engineering groups. He was a regional Financial Director and a group treasury manager, with P&L responsibility across the DRC, South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique and Zambia.
That seat teaches you what an open specialist role costs an operation, and how often the wrong hire costs more. DrawPoint exists to fix the part of recruitment the industry complains about most: long lists, unverified claims and slow mobilisation.
We are a small, senior team. The technology handles the sorting; our people make the call. When we put a name forward, our own reputation is on it.
