WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source senior mining and engineering candidates across SA, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and the broader African mining belt
• Screen for technical fit, international mobility, and permanent relocation readiness
• Build verified digital candidate profiles on the Hired1st platform -- qualifications, medicals, competency certificates, references
• Match and present shortlisted candidates to mining employers -- locally in South Africa and on the Australia corridor. The platform ranks the pool; your judgement makes the placement

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3+ years mining and engineering recruitment experience
• Strong networks across SA and/or African mining markets
• Proven track record placing technical and senior roles (engineers, geologists, mine planners, production managers)
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently from home
