PRICED AS WORK, NOT COMMISSION

South African desk — fees quoted and invoiced in ZAR

Permanent placements on the South African desk, from junior to executive. The fee pays for the brief, the search, the screening, the offer and the first months in the seat — a percentage of the role's annual cost to company, published in full below. No commission on salary, no undisclosed markup. Candidates never pay any part of this fee, and it is not deducted from their packages.

THE FEE, BY LEVEL — SOUTH AFRICAN DESK

One percentage per level, applied to the role's annual cost to company. The same fee logic for a technician and a financial director — only the level changes it.

EVERY HIRE COSTS LESS THAN THE ONE BEFORE

From the second placement the fee steps down five percent, and steps down again on each placement to the fifth. The gap between the standard fee and what you pay is your saving — and DrawPoint gives a matching amount to an NGO of your choice, or to your own in-house training. You choose which. From the sixth placement the fee holds at the fifth placement's level. The count runs per client, not per role level.

THE NUMBERS, IN RAND AND US DOLLARS

Two runs below: one client filling the same executive seat profile five times, in Rand; and one client making five hires across different levels, shown in US dollars for international readers. The step follows how many hires the client has made with DrawPoint, not the level of the role.

Example 02 · One client, five hires, mixed levels — in US dollars

The step follows the hire count, not the level. Dollar figures are illustrative for international readers — South African desk engagements are quoted and invoiced in ZAR.

Placements 2 and 5 are both junior hires at the same $17,000 cost to company, so both would cost $1,530 at the standard rate. As this client's second hire the first pays $1,462; as the fifth hire the second pays $1,241 — same level, same salary, bigger saving, because the later hire carries a deeper step.
